Spot trades at 2759$, While future (That will expire in 25 June) trades at 2865$.
We know that in 26 June, both values will be equal.
If we buy/long Spot and sell/short future; Thats a 109$/3.95% directly in the poket in 2 months, which is appx. 24% annualised.
When future price is higher than spot price, we call it a Contango.
